Nicole is a grantmaker by day and gourmet home cook by night. She studied literature at the University of California, Santa Barbara and received her MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts. In addition to being a good food advocate, writer, and avid tea drinker, Nicole pens the literary food blog Eat This Poem. She works at family foundation in Los Angeles, where she lives with her husband and French bulldog.
