The fight to label genetically modified food is becoming hard to avoid, and that's a good thing. Lately, I've seen more blog posts and magazine articles than usual, and while we still face many challenges, there's a sense of hope that we're getting close to the tipping point.
Today, over 85 percent of corn and soy crops are genetically modified by biotech companies like Monsanto and Syngenta. The Just Label It Campaign believes that Americans have a right to know what's in their food, and so far have collected over one million signatures.
